Lead Supervisor Duties :
Overseeing a group of 5 employees
Ensuring team meets production schedules
Ensuring a productive work environment for employees
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Assist CNC Operators to complete set ups / programming as needed
Schedule :
Monday to Friday 10 : 30pm-7 : 00am
Training is done in the morning for the first 4-6 weeks from 6 : 30am to 3pm
Pay :
$20 / hr base pay rate plus $4 / hr shift differential
Requirements : Lead experience

Knowledge in CNC Machine Operating preferred
