Okada & Company is a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Manhattan with over 6 million square feet under advisory. We operate across brokerage, investment, development, property management, and PropTech. As we scale our platform to meet the demands of a fast-changing market, we are expanding our capital markets team to raise equity for select and to build long-term capital partnerships with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors.

This role sits at the intersection of real estate private equity, investment sales, and modern capital formation.

Role Overview

The Capital Markets Associate will be responsible for sourcing, cultivating, and closing equity partners and capital sources across Okada & Company’s portfolio. You’ll support senior leadership in fundraising, manage investor pipelines, and help grow our brand with investors and strategic capital partners.

We are looking for a tenacious dealmaker who understands both the art of the relationship and the science of capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Capital Sourcing : Identify and secure new capital from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, funds, and real estate investors.
• Fundraising Campaigns : Execute targeted outreach, follow-ups, and digital campaigns aligned with active raises
• Investor Collateral : Develop, refine, and customize pitch decks, investment summaries, deal teasers, and PPMs with marketing and finance teams.
• CRM Management : Maintain investor database, track interactions, follow-up cadences, and KPIs using HubSpot or similar tools.
• Investor Relations Support : Assist in onboarding, compliance, and communication for existing investor base; prep quarterly reports, updates, and deal closes.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Collaborate with brokerage, acquisitions, construction, and technology to align investor messaging with active project milestones.
• Media & Storytelling : Work with Real Estate Weekly and Okada Media to spotlight active deals and engage broader investor audiences.
