LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Fleet and Safety Coordinator for a full-time job at a well established energy corporation in Nashville, TN.
This is a great contract-to-hire role that that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
This position is a Coordinator role with a focus on Procurement & Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Follows company procedures and policies
- Training new hires on safety
- Training drivers on reports including : vehicle inspections, incidents, service and documentation reports
- Keeps track of MSHA, EPA, DOT, OSHA and USCG requirements
- Demonstrates guidance and safe environments
- Sets up schedules for location managers
- Supports other areas as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years minimum safety experience required
- Preferred experience with OSHA and FMCSA
- Follows all company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- Up to 25% travel required

Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM, 40 hours per week
