As a caregiver / CNA with Mcare Agency LLC you will beresponsible for providing assistance with daily living activitiesmedication reminders light housekeeping and personal care to ourclients.
You will play a crucial role in helping our clientsmaintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort oftheir own homes.
The ideal candidate for thisposition will have previous experience in caregiving or as a CNAand a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives ofothers.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable responsibleand have excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Responsibilities :
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathingdressing and grooming
Administer medicationreminders and assist with medication management
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and mealpreparation
Document and report any changes inclients condition to the appropriate supervisor
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Requirements :
High school diploma orequivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)certification preferred
Previous experience incaregiving or as a CNA
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
Ability to workindependently and follow instructions
Reliabletransportation and a valid drivers license
Mustpass a background check and drug screening
