Compensation Range
Annual Salary : $199,500.00 - $239,500.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to lead and execute the tactical business development efforts in the assigned metro market by driving new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships leading to new asset management revenue, loans, and deposit NIM.
Essential Functions
- Develop short and long-term initiatives that align with the company strategy and provide guidance, coaching and development opportunities appropriate to each direct report's individual needs
- Lead, recruit, mentor and motivate team members to implement the department strategy and be responsible for upholding the company culture and driving it within the organization. Coach team members to execute the sales plan for each channel through training and goal setting.
- Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant information to appropriate levels of staff effectively
- Oversee budget management, planning and expenditure
- Serve as Commerce Trust (CT) executive lead salesperson / key contact on Commercial and Retail referral relationships
- Collaborate with product and shared service groups to develop and deliver market-based sales strategies, and execute these strategies with key stakeholders
- Serve as the sales culture ambassador for all client facing roles and coach on sales behaviors, sales concepts, sales process, and deal strategies to overcome objections
- Represent CT on Board and community events, including speaking engagements
- Engage as executive contact in prospecting efforts and build relationships with significant clients, including advisory board members and top commercial customers. Execute prospecting and client events displaying CT thought leadership.

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master's degree in Business preferred.10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services required7+ years leadership / supervisory experience requiredProven track record of driving client acquisition and revenue growth in the high net worth and ultra-high net worth market requiredLocation : 8000 Forsyth Blvd, Clayton, Missouri 63105
