The Talent Acquisition Business Partner supports HR, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers to identify and recruit top talent for IT, sales, marketing, human resources, finance, and various positions for Jackson Healthcare and its Family of Companies.
This position’s primary focus is identifying and recruiting strong candidates who align with Jackson Healthcare’s mission and values.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for candidate sourcing, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management, pre-hire onboarding and orientation
- Proactively source active and passive candidates via multiple recruitment channels
- Utilize Workday HCMS to actively track and manage applicants through the recruitment to onboarding business process
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery
- Draft and review job descriptions, create job requisitions, and post job on various job board platforms for multiple Jackson Healthcare family of companies
- Conduct pre-screen interviews / initial interviews, and provide summarized results to hiring managers
- Manage interview schedules and onsite interviews for candidates, hiring managers, and their teams
- Manage multiple job requisitions for various positions across Jackson Healthcare family of companies
- Initiate and manage candidate assessments and reference checks
- Initiate and manager offers of employment and background checks
- Disposition candidates throughout the vetting, screening, and interview process
- Manage candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding
- Manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills
- Manage and communicate recruitment to onboarding business process with hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding and orientation meetings and events
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
- Participate in job fairs
- Back up to Talent Acquisition Coordinator and / or Talent Acquisition Specialist
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS :
- 3 - 5 years Recruiting experience required
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Orientation and Onboarding experience
- IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations Support Recruitment experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
- Applicant Tracking Systems; navigation, reporting functions, troubleshooting
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Responsive and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Behavioral Base Interviewing Technique; preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
