Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Organizational Effectiveness Director will be responsible for creating and delivering programs to develop and engage associates and managers.

How you will make an impact :

• Leads organizational effectiveness projects to transform our current business environment into a high performing organization.
• Leads the design and implementation of individual / team based assessment tools.
• Creates organizational design approaches and partners with the business to implement optimal design structure.
• Provides organizational effectiveness consultation to business leaders across the enterprise to help facilitate optimal team and departmental performance.
• Manages vendor interaction including, issue resolution, developing and reviewing statements of work.

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a BA / BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field; 8-10 years of experience in organizational development / effectiveness training and development, process improvement and / or project management experience;

or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences :

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Compensation :

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $131,120 to $214,560.
