Key Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, operational excellence, and provide business insights to senior leadership

Oversee global accounting operations and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards

Design and implement scalable processes and systems across finance and operations

Required Qualifications

8+ years of progressive finance and operations experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership roles

Proven track record in scaling finance and accounting functions in venture-backed startups

Expertise in global revenue strategy and compliance with US GAAP

Strong background in leading board and investor communications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
