Human Resources Business Partner

Description : About the Role :

The HR Business Partner is a key contributor to our Human Resources team and serves as a trusted partner to employees and leadership. This role covers a wide range of HR activities, including recruiting, employee engagement, benefits, safety, and compliance . The HRBP will also collaborate closely with the HR Manager, support our HRIS and payroll processes, and help deliver meaningful employee programs and events.

What You’ll Do :

• Partner with leaders to understand business needs and provide HR support.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Lead employee engagement programs, appreciation events, and our internship program.
• Support safety initiatives and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate on employee relations, performance reviews, promotions, and investigations.
• Cross-train across HR functions, including backup for HRIS, benefits, and payroll.
• Prepare communications and partner with employees and managers to drive engagement.
