Currently, we’re hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school in Wittmann, Arizona. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLP.

Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details :

• $48 - $51 an hour
• Speech Language Pathologist needed for the -25 school year for 40 hours a week.
• The SLP-CCC will be working with Pre-K 8th grade students in two self-contained classrooms.
• Position for in person only.
• Could be working with students who have difficulty swallowing, or students with communication disorders
• SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
• SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
• Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

Requirements :

• Master’s degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree
• Arizona SLP License
• Active or Pending Arizona Department of Education (ADE) Certification in Speech Pathology.
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Previous AAC experience preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS
• School Experience is Preferred but not required
• ASHA Certification
