Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team onsite in Hazelwood, MO. This role is critical in supporting cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution of change orders, and facilitating smooth communication between Project Management and Engineering.
Responsibilities :
- Track and manage the approval process for engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Ensure timely completion and escalate delays or issues as needed.
- Serve as the liaison between Project Management and Engineering teams.
- Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure alignment.
- Identify and escalate project roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders.
- Proactively follow up to drive resolution and maintain momentum.
- Act as the go-to person for project-related tasks, documentation, and coordination.
- Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Be fully available onsite to support real-time coordination and hands-on problem solving.
Essential Skills :
2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in medical devices, manufacturing, or engineering.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project tracking tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, JIRA, or similar.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with change order processes and engineering documentation.Additional Skills & Qualifications :

The role is based onsite in Hazelwood, MO, offering 2 weeks PTO, 10 holidays, and 1 floating holiday. The work environment fosters real-time coordination and hands-on problem solving, ensuring effective project execution and communication.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
