We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our members that to maintain and strengthen their experience.
Essential Job Functions and Requirements :
- Ensure and consistently execute a clean environment.
- Have knowledge of all in-house and arriving members and guests.
- Prioritize room cleaning. Clean guest rooms, clean and change linens and towels, and maintain guest amenities.
- Responsible for updating guests and or member profiles accordingly or informing Member Services about the comments necessary to make.
- Inform Member Services when room has been inspected and is ready.
- Provide personal services of the highest level that may include, but not limited, to restaurant reservation, room check in, direct members and or guests to hostess for dining or event space as requested, etc.
- Ensure every member interaction is professional, personal and a seamless experience.
- Partnering with other departments to ensure a consistent member experience by effectively communication with all staff.
- Familiarization of the current programming and promotions to provide accurate information to Members.
- Clean mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, and doors.
- Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notify managers of necessary repairs.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Inventory and maintain supplies.
- Spot clean furniture and carpets as instructed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the stairwells and service areas by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas.
- Assist in moving furniture as requested.
- Offer assistance to guests when requested or needed.
- Report any maintenance deficiencies to Management.
- Assist in putting on bed skirts, turning mattresses, removing or hanging sheers and drapes.
- Employ proper use and maintenance of all equipment and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
- knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
- working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
Physical Requirements
- physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
- ability to lift, push and pull required load up to 50 lbs.
