Daily Responsibilities for HYBRID A / R Representative :
Responsible for researching EOB's, reviewing claims rejections, identifying errors (missing demographic information, coding error, etc.
making appropriate corrections, communicating with providers and / or patients, resubmitting claims for approval and payment from the payers
