We are partnering with a leading real estate law firm in Dallas, TX, seeking a skilled Real Estate & Business Formation Attorney with 1-3 years of experience. This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in collaborative environments and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

1-3 years of experience in business formation and real estate law.

Previous expertise in business formation, including entity structuring and transactional work.

Demonstrated ability to represent developers, lessors, managers, and brokers in real estate transactions.

Familiarity with real estate areas such as construction, bankruptcy, business entities, and corporate law.

Licensed to practice law in TX.
