Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Construction at Waypoint Partners in San Diego, CA. The Director will oversee budgeting, cost management, procurement, construction activities, and civil engineering projects on a day-to-day basis.

- Microsoft Teams
- Construction project management experience
- Background in Civil Engineering
- Worked on projects ranging in size from 1 - 50 units
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field would be nice but not mandatory
