THE JOB :
As a Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing a pipeline, conducting roof inspections, and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
The role focuses primarily on residential roofing sales, although experience in commercial roofing is also highly valued.
You will work autonomously, planning your territory and conducting door-to-door outreach to secure new business. This position offers a high level of independence, with weekly team check-ins to review progress and ensure quality control.
Your key goal in the first year is to drive $1 million in sales revenue. This is an opportunity for a results-oriented individual who thrives on ownership and making a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and close sales, primarily in residential roofing
- Conduct roof inspections and calculate project costs
- Collaborate with superintendents and team members to ensure project success
- Manage projects from lead to completion with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
- Plan and execute door-to-door sales strategies in assigned territories
- Participate in weekly meetings to review accounts and progress
THE QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in roofing sales or roofing project management
- MUST reside in Arizona
- Knowledge of estimating and project management in the roofing industry
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project close
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and working in residential neighborhoods
- Strong communication, positivity, and ethical decision-making skills
- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
THE BENEFITS :
- $70k base salary + 10% commission on profits
- $100k OTE Year 1
- Remote role but must reside in Phoenix Arizona area
