Key Details :

  • Pay : $50,000 60,000 / year salary DOE
  • Location : 19125 SW 125th Ct, Tualatin, OR 97062
  • Schedule : M F, 8 5, Hybrid (3 days / week onsite)

Additional qualifications include :

  • High School Diploma required; degree in business desired.
  • 3-5 years of administrative support and / or office management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented and strong organizational skills.

What You’ll Do : In this role, you'll be the backbone of our office operations, providing essential administrative support to employees and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You'll manage reception, handle phone calls, and perform data entry for customer orders and the finance team. Your responsibilities will include shipping and receiving, coordinating travel for employees and guests, and managing general office services.

You'll partner with colleagues at other locations, address employee queries about office management, and maintain office procedures and systems.

Additionally, you'll plan and organize company activities and events, keep management informed with reports, and oversee the day-to-day operation of the office, including meetings and supply management.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Provides general administrative support to employees.
  • Ensures the smooth running of the office and helps to improve the company procedures and day-to-day operation. Implements and maintains procedures / office administrative systems.
  • Manages reception and phones.
  • Data entry of customer orders and data entry support for finance team.
  • Shipping and receiving.
  • Arranges travel for DMT employees and guests.
  • Coordination and management of general office services.
  • Partners with DMT counterparts in other locations.
  • Addresses and facilitates employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements) as well as general staff support.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, or summarizing information.
  • Plans in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.
  • Maintains general office operations, such as scheduling general meetings, ordering and maintaining office supplies, greeting visitors.
