Job Summary :

As a Receptionist at Ultra Cryo & Recovery you will be the first point of contact for clients ensuring they receive a warm professional and welcoming experience.

You will manage daily front desk operations handle client inquiries schedule appointments and support the team in delivering highquality cryotherapy services.

This role requires excellent communication ss attention to detail and a pion for providing exceptional client service.

This role applies to all three of our Ultra Cryo & Recovery locations (Auburndale Davenport Lakeland) and candidates may select the location they are applying for during the application process.

This position will be parttime paying up to $15.00 per hour and working 2030 hours per week Monday Saturday.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the office.
• Answer phone calls respond to emails and manage inquiries in a professional manner.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments using Thryv booking software.
• Manage rescheduling and cancellations in line with company policies.
• Maintain uptodate client records and update their files with relevant information as needed.
• Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean organized and presentable at all times.
• Process client payments handle cash and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• ist in promoting Ultra Cryo services and upselling packages where appropriate.
• ist the team with various administrative tasks such as client file management data entry and reporting.
• Ensure accurate tracking of appointments packages and client preferences.
• Help with the coordination of special events promotions and VIP experiences.
• Other duties may be igned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an ociate degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist customer service or administrative role is preferred.
• Proficiency in scheduling and client management software ( Thryv experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational ss and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ss.
• A positive professional demeanor with a pion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet business needs.
