Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Office Management :
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, clean, and safe.
  • Administrative Support :
  • Manage schedules and appointments for senior management.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Communication :
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various departments and external partners.
  • Event Coordination :
  • Plan and organize office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and guests.
  • Financial Administration :
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and budgeting procedures.
  • Manage and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Human Resources Support :
  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR-related inquiries.

  • Education :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Experience :
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with office software (e.g., MS Office) and equipment.
