Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.

Job Description :

  • Analyzes, develops and implements program / division and organization unit plans and budgets.
  • Utilizes program knowledge to evaluate and monitor annual budgets developed for operating, personal services and other related program expenses.
  • Develops and provides staffing patterns that project personal services costs based on the needs of the division and relevant programs.
  • Works closely with program staff and ensures that program spending is always compatible with budget specifications and timelines.
  • Develops an extensive and comprehensive narrative to support all information, assumptions, budget actions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • Budgeting experience in organization with budget amounts $50 million or greater
  • Knowledge of Colorado Fiscal rules
  • 2+ years working within Excel pivot tables - experience building pivot tables from scratch
  • Bachelors degree
