Summary : Overseeing the drop off process at Action. Does require that staff go out to the family’s vehicle to take the students from the vehicle.
Shift : We currently have availability positions for AM and PM
AM : 6 : 45-8 : 30 am
PM : 3 : 15-5 : 30 pm
Responsibilities :
- Checking in with the office at your school to see who is absent from the program that day.
- Responsible for checking participants in and out of the Action program via CampDoc.
- Ensure that anyone who picks up a participant is a Trusted Contact in CampDoc and has identification to show the Program Aide.
- When applicable, relaying information from the day related to behavior, injuries, etc. to the trusted contact that is picking up the participant.
- Ensure that all students safely get to their family’s vehicle by accompanying them in that process.
- Create and foster positive relationships with all program families, school staff and students.
- Assists with CampDoc documentation to support site leadership as needed.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Check and respond to voicemail messages.
- Communicate with site leadership about any absences or pertinent information on a daily basis.
- Utilize CampDoc accurately for family communication and attendance purposes.
- Attend any training that has been scheduled to increase knowledge and skills.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma, experience working with children or experience working in a customer service related position.
