About the Role & Team

Amplitude is building strategic partnerships with leading technology, solutions, and reseller partners in our industry. As Partner Sales Director (Americas), you will be responsible for managing partner sales managers to deliver sales outcomes in our largest market.

You will be a valued teammate on the Partnerships team, whose mission is to help our customers unlock the power of the Amplitude platform with complementary partner products and services.

This role will report to our VP of Partnerships.

As a Partner Sales Director, you will :

  • Lead our Americas Partner Sales team, and define the strategy and priorities to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage team performance, pipeline creation, closing deals and be accountable for partner sales results and forecast for the geo.
  • Be the executive sponsor for regional partners and bring the best of Amplitude to helping partners develop productive and repeatable Amplitude business.
  • Build deep alignment with sales and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., sales leadership, alliances, technical sales, services, success, revops).

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have :

  • 5+ years of partner sales leadership with strong track record of attainment, team management and partner development.
  • Experience building, developing and managing high performing teams.
  • Established network of executive level contacts with solution partners in digital analytics, martech and app dev spaces.
  • B2B SaaS experience.

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado : Colorado range : $227,000 - $341,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission).

Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in New York City : New York City salary range : $253,000 - $379,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission).

Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California : California salary range : $253,000 - $379,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission).

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state : Washington salary range : $227,000 - $341,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission).

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only : unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans.
