Project Management Specialist

Key Role :

Coordinates facilities and administrative services including clerical and support services, document management and distribution, action item tracking, messenger services and telecommunications.

Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications :

• 3+ years of managing office operations and developing, implementing, and improving processes
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks and associated deadlines
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications :

• Experience working in or supporting an Air Force or DoD organization
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possession of excellent team collaboration skills

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;

Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
