Our Sales Teams are the first point of contact for all Vista Globals prospects; dealing with all aspects of their travel requirements as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure that each flight is tailor-made to the member’s specific needs.

Your Responsibilities
- Selling charter flights, XO memberships and VistaJet Programs to end-clients within the West-Coast region, to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for generating and maintaining a large and active pipeline of opportunities.
- Negotiating within the commercial boundaries as set by the EVP & President of US.
- Improving brand awareness within the region.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the Vista CRM system.
- Managing current customer accounts and developing relationships with your customer base.
- Generating referrals from your current customer and prospect base.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- 7+ Years Sales experience. Private aviation experience desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English; an additional local language would be an advantage.
- Outstanding service and customer oriented behaviour;
- Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience of working in the region.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious.
