Keeley Construction is looking to hire a Project Controls Intern in St. Louis, MO for Summer 2025.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup of project cost and productivity tracking.
- Assist in cost analysis on projects to identify potential issues to the project team.
- Track cash flow of projects from billing to collection
- Support Project Controls Manager or Leadership in projections based on earned value management.
- Help maintain budgets for a project, including forecasting and recommending adjustments to the project budget.
- Review coding of project costs to ensure proper data collection.
- Help analyze Productivity reports and provide feedback to the project team.
- Support processes and workflow between Operations and Accounting for streamlined communication.
- Assist in analyzing equipment usage to evaluate utilization versus cost.
- Review Owner contracts for risk analysis, provide feedback, and track comments and deliverables.
- Track project change orders and contracts to ensure the contract data is accurate and up-to-date.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field from a 4-year accredited University.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Project Management applications a plus.
- Experience in Scheduling applications is a plus.
- Experience with a Construction ERP a plus.
- Experience with Power BI a plus.
