Our customer, a leading natural gas and electricity company, is seeking a Litigation or Regulatory Paralegal.
Location : Hybrid in Oakland, CA
Duration : 12 months, likely to turn perm (40 hours a week)
Experience
- Over 3 years of experience in litigation and regulatory matters.
- Prior in-house or law firm experience.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Support in-person hearings.
- Ensure testimony and witness statements align.
- Manage filing of legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Highly organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
