LA Valley Recovery, located in North Hollywood, is looking to hire an Admissions Coordinator for our detox and residential program.
Previous experience in admissions and marketing is required.
Position responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Handles intake calls and emails inquiries and responds appropriately and timely
- On-call for intake calls and admissions
- Completes Intake Screening on all potential admissions using screening form
- Follow the Intake to Admission Protocol reliably and consistently.
- Confirms that insurance coverage meets standards of admissions as directed by carrier policy.
- File any intake documentation into EMR
- Manage Google AdWords campaigns (PPC), Google Business Profile, and social media marketing efforts to optimize online presence and outreach.
- Plan and oversee advertising initiatives, including online ads, print media, and other channels, to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Develop and oversee content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels to engage the target audience.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to strengthen business partnerships and referral networks.
- Ensures excellent communication with the team to inform them of new clients
- Enters new admits demographic info into EMR prior to admission.
- Stays current on best practices with intake & admissions to advise center on industry trends and how to improve the intake / admission system.
- Schedules tours for prospective clients and families and professionals.
- Develops database of individual providers / outpatient programs throughout the country to refer clients to when they return home.
Create a list of appropriate providers to assist with discharge planning and outreach.
- Continually follows up with prospective admissions on a consistent basis.
- Makes contact with all referrals, immediately upon admission and discusses community needs and any feedback.
- Ensures that the branding and representation of LA Valley Recovery meets the highest standards of excellence and a mission-driven approach that is positive and consistent with the integrity of the organization.
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in admissions, preferably in healthcare or addiction treatment settings.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or addiction treatment settings.
- Proven expertise in managing digital marketing platforms, including Google AdWords, Google Business Profile, and social media.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building and managing relationships with local providers and partners is a plus.
- Familiarity with addiction treatment services is highly desirable.
