Role and Responsibilities :
As part of our legal team, you will :
- Support attorneys in meeting client goals while ensuring a superior client experience.
- Facilitate case progress to avoid delays and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage, organize, and process important information and documents.
- Maintain effective communication between clients and the firm, ensuring everyone is aligned.

Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a personal injury paralegal or legal assistant.
- Being a team player is essential.
Preferred :
Experience with Needles / Neos Case Management Software.
Pay :
$48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
