Director of Marketing Job Duties :
- Develop a Marketing Plan, strategies and materials for client communication for markets that align with corporate strategy.
- Establish targets and metrics and evaluate efforts based on those established goals
- Establish marketing campaigns and work with third party vendors
- Collaborate with the executive team
- Drive branding efforts for the overall company
- Own the social media efforts, video blogs, website management on Hubspot, and SEO
- Manage trade shows and event coordination
- Produce promotional items for shows and events
- Help produce RFQ’s for potential projects
- Develop the overall efforts for B2B marketing
- Some content creation and photography might be requested
Qualifications for Success :
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Designer, etc.)
- Communication and Creative Skills
- Business Requirements and Knowledge of A / E / C industry
- Professional demeanor with a focus on detail and creativity
- Adobe Illustrator experience a plus
Job Type : Full-time
Salary Range : $80,000-120,000 per year

Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Additional industry certifications and continued education preferred
Experience :
- 10+ years experience in marketing, preferably in the A / E / C industry, that is looking to grow their career
- Ability to build a brand for a company and develop metrics for client responses based on marketing campaigns
- Digital Marketing through multiple platforms
