Job Introduction
As part of the Finance and Accounting Team of HydraForce, you will contribute your expertise, create the necessary transparency, face diverse challenges and act independently and entrepreneurially as a business partner.
Role Responsibility
- Prepare financial statements.
- Complete Journal Entries
- Complete Account reconciliations
- Be responsible for aligning with internal controls.
- Assists with company strategic planning.
- Assists with special projects as required.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following :
- Analyze financial and statistical data.
- Calculate figures and amounts.
- Accurately complete detailed financial reports.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Office Work environment.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting or equivalent.
- Three to five years’ experience in financial reporting.
- Ability to work with all levels of management.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, 4th shift or SAP a plus.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
