Mental Health Therapist
Part time M-F with possible weekends $28-40 / hr Flexible Schedule 12-20 hours a week
Located in Provo, Utah.- Discovery Ranch Choices Campus
Help young men in a therapeutic setting as they progress on their healing journey.
Discovery Ranch Choices Community is a intermediate secure care short term residential facility in Provo, Utah. As our Clinical Therapist, you will utilize evidence-based practices combined with experiential therapies to help our students and their families heal.
When you join our Clinical Team, you will join a group of collaborative, deeply caring professionals. You will also work closely with our residential staff to deliver the best program possible to our students and their families.

Responsibilities :
- Carry a caseload of adolescents (3-10)
- Provide individual and family therapy for each client (Only if primary therapist is unavailable)
- Facilitate group therapy sessions daily
- Document all services
- Evaluate patients’ emotional, behavioral and mental state through discussion, observation and analysis
- Create psycho-social history and master treatment plan for each client
- Manage the continuum of care for each client while they are with us
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Attend treatment team meetings
- Work closely and collaboratively with residential staff
- Participate in marketing activities, including occasional travel
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring professionals

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (CSW), or
- Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or
- Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC), or
- PhD in Psychology or related field
- 3 years of clinical experience is Preferred
- Relationship-focused with a family systems approach
- Able to pass criminal investigation background checks
- Able to pass motor vehicle record check
- Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
- 1st Aid & CPR certified (we may provide)
- ICC certified (we may provide)
