JOB SUMMARY The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for planning and executing logistics for professional education speaker programs and activities.
Activities may include speaker bureau, advisory board and speaker training type programs. The PM is a customer-facing position that requires excellent customer service skills.
The PM works directly with our client’s field force or brand team to manage all logistical aspects of peer-to-peer programs.
The PM also works directly with speakers (trained Healthcare Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders) to schedule and coordinate programs.
The PM has direct responsibility for managing all assigned programs and collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless coverage.
The PM must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AdministrativePerform basic administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling and coordination of projects
Client RelationsProvide support across internal client teams and vendors
Project ManagementLead and manage day to day projects to ensure smooth delivery of programs and deliverables for specific account teams
Budgeting & FinancesCollaborate with finance and client teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with field representatives to schedule, confirm, and manage all aspects of individual speaking events in accordance with standard procedures.
- Communicate with HCPs / KOLs speakers to schedule and confirm speaking events, contracts and oversee travel needs and maintain the speaker database portal.
- Research and contract venue for each speaking event, including menu selection, confirmation of meeting room suitability, and negotiating costs (speaker bureau specific)
- Arrange and ensure audio-visual equipment based on program requirements (speaker bureau to arrange directly, or work with meetings management for other program management tasks)
- Process speaker honoraria / fee-for-service and expense payments.
- Manage overall budget for each event
- Database all program information and provide regular reports to the client on program status, program evaluations, financial status, and HCP-spend tracking.
Maintain current knowledge of PhRMA code, Sunshine Act and client specific HCP reporting.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure successful program execution.
- Position may require travel to some programs.

Salary
$51,000 to $70,000 annually.
