As a Principal Content Designer for eCommerce , you’ll distill complex problems into easy-to-understand experiences, creating content that is purposeful and value-driven for our customers.
You will create and champion the highest quality content, helping drive the development of foundational tools, frameworks and resources that allow the team to scale efficiently and deliver excellent, consistent and compelling work.
Collaborating with design, product and business partners, you’ll positively shape products and foster an inclusive customer experience with your artful use of voice, content best practices and end-to-end UX strategies.
You’ll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and content rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider team and leadership.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you have
- A demonstrated track record working cross-functionally, shipping successful product copy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders through the use of sound rationale finding opportunities to bring out the best in people and flex to the needs of the program by refining the messaging
- A deep appreciation for systems thinking and a keen understanding of information architecture, both from a design and content lens
- A positive mindset with a penchant for puzzles. You’re nimble and understand innately what less is more’ means to the user
- The ability to produce great work in short timeframes, multi-task across different projects and platforms and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Design, or similar
- 8+ years of experience in UX content strategy / design (not product marketing)
- A portfolio with UX case studies showcasing your craft, impact and collaborative process
- Experience participating in peer reviews and working within a crit culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication
