Job Description : As a Special Education Teacher with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, providing individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), adapting curriculum materials, and collaborating with general education teachers and support staff to ensure the success of all students.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in both inclusive and self-contained settings.
- Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction and interventions as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and IEP goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Special Education or related field.
- Valid Kansas teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement or eligibility for certification.
- Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
