Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Process Improvement Engineer to spearhead operational excellence within our manufacturing value stream.
In this role, you’ll lead, coach, and develop a specific production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Manufacturing Operations :
- Lead and optimize the performance of a designated production area within the value stream, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Oversee daily production start-up and ensure the line is operational, staffed, and running smoothly.
- Monitor and analyze production line data to address performance issues and ensure smooth communication across shifts.
- Implement and enforce lean manufacturing practices and standardized work, ensuring process stability.
- Coach Team Leaders and production team members to maintain adherence to established processes.
Continuous Improvement :
- Drive problem-solving and root cause analysis for factory inefficiencies within your production area.
- Lead kaizen events and implement countermeasures to enhance manufacturing line efficiency.
- Champion the Appliance Production System philosophy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Leadership & Administration :
- Provide active leadership and direction for your team, ensuring fair administration of policies, work rules, and procedures.
- Oversee line staffing, allocate resources to cover absenteeism, and manage overtime as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll, disciplinary records, and other administrative duties.
- Partner with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Quality & Safety :
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and that all quality standards are upheld within the production line.
- Lead quality reviews, track defects, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve any production line issues.
- Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with PPE, leading accident investigations, and implementing corrective actions.

- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated technical expertise and experience in a manufacturing or operations setting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong follow-through on initiatives.
- Capable of facilitating and leading team-driven projects.
- Willingness to support a 24 / 7 manufacturing environment, with occasional off-shift, on-call, and weekend work as needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (BS / BA) required, ideally in engineering, supply chain management, or business.
- Leadership experience or technical proficiency in areas such as manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, materials management, quality, procurement, or fulfillment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on supplier management and project execution.
- Experience leading or working with metal fabrication or automated equipment operations.
- Six Sigma certification preferred, with strong knowledge of Lean, DMAIC, and other improvement methodologies.
- Track record of driving results through analytical methods, project scheduling, and teamwork.
- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles.
