  • Resolve incidents and more complex work orders for our IT Users remotely through all intake methods.
  • Assist Incident Management and the EOC with notification and resolution during system / application outages
  • Resolve work orders following documented steps and training

  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software and internet directory services software.
  • Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices and proceduresPreferred Qualifications :
  • IT Customer Service Experience
