Alogistics company is seeking to hire a Billing Clerk. In this seatyou will be reporting to the Operations Manager and be responsiblefor the billing process.
The ideal candidate has relevant workexperience in the billing process has relevant industry experience(warehouse or logistics industry would be a plus) and possessesstrong customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Performall accounting activities related to the bank treasury products asassigned including daily and monthend journalentries
- Depositschecks cash and process credit cardtransactions.
- Maintenanceof departmental procedures supporting monthly accounting closeresearching and implementing accounting for new products andassisting with adhocrequests.

- Strongunderstanding of cash applications accounts receivable and billingprocesses
Requirements
AssociateDegree in Accountingpreferred Knowledge ofAccounts Receivable processing and procedures with strong attentiontodetails.
Abilityto manage large volumes of transactions with littlesupervision.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in dealing with agencystaff and outsideparties.
Monitorand resolve all discrepancies between billing and cashreceipts.
Bachelor's degree 2 - 5 years of relevant accounting experience inprivate equity or similar Experience using an ERP Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectivelyin a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a team Strongattention to detail and accuracy
