What You'll Do :
- Work one-on-one with children, using proven methods to promote independence and positive behavior.
- Be part of a team that helps children develop skills and follow care plans.
- Record session notes on a device.
- Create a fun, supportive environment for kids and build great relationships with families.
- Work closely with families and providers to improve results.
What We're Looking For :
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A passion for helping children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and a calm attitude, even during challenging moments.
Other Important Info :
- Work is done at clients' homes or community locations.
- All roles start part-time.
- You'll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
- A 6-month minimum commitment is required.
