What You Will Do :
You will lead KCAV’s sales organization, setting strategy, managing performance, and developing talent to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will oversee Sales Consultants, align sales efforts with company goals, and build scalable processes that strengthen KCAV’s position in the AV industry. You will act as a key leader across departments, ensuring collaboration, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
