About the Role :
The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and reviewing payroll processing systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities :
- Implements, maintains and reviews payroll processing systems.
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
- Reviews and responds to unemployment claims.
- Coordinates workers' compensation claims.
Qualifications :
At least 2 years’ experience in payroll and benefits. Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable law. Experience with payroll and HR systems.
Required Skills :
Experience in payroll processing, knowledge of employee benefits and laws, and familiarity with payroll and HR systems.
Preferred Skills :
Additional experience in related fields, certifications in payroll or HR.
Pay range and compensation package :
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
