Job Description :
As a Phone Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, making outbound calls to prospective clients and closing deals.
Your primary goal will be to generate revenue by identifying client needs and offering the right solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated sales professionals who are eager to earn significant commissions in a supportive and high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell our products / services.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
- Maintain and update an accurate log of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn high commissions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
