Who You Are :

Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase affiliate partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet aggressive growth and profitability targets.
Creator Collaboration & Affiliate Management : Curate and oversee partnerships with creators to produce high-converting content.
Manage ongoing affiliate UGC (user-generated content) and a roster of TikTok Live creators, ensuring they have the tools and direction needed to succeed at scale.
TikTok Advertising & Growth : Lead TikTok advertising campaigns with hands-on experience using GMV Max and creative library management.
Partner with the broader social advertising team to achieve brand-wide success.
- Shop Management & Merchandising : Optimize the TikTok Shop storefront, including product listings, promotions, merchandising, and inventory planning to maximize sales opportunities.
- Trend Analysis & Adaptation : Stay current with TikTok’s evolving features and trends to identify and leverage new growth opportunities.
Continuously adapt strategies to stay ahead in this fast-changing environment.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for engagement, growth, and sales. Provide regular reports and insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with digital marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations teams to align on growth goals, inventory management, and broader business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 3+ years in DTC growth, eCommerce, social commerce, or a related field.
- Influencer & Paid Social Expertise : Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media strategies, and TikTok advertising.
- Analytical Mindset : Proficient in analyzing performance data to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Project Management Skills : Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit : Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Passion for Social Media : Strong interest in social media trends, particularly on TikTok, and emerging digital technologies.
- Wellness Enthusiast : Passion for the wellness space, including non-alcoholic beauty and personal cares, adaptogens, nootropics, and functional ingredients.
- Platform Expertise : In-depth knowledge of TikTok’s advertising platform, consumer behaviors, and shopping features.
- Willingness to Learn : Eagerness to grow quickly and help shape the future of eCommerce and the functional beauty and personal care industry.
