Job Title : Order Puller - 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate on a split shift. Your primary responsibilities will include starting each shift with a team meeting to discuss expectations, moving and pulling materials within the warehouse using a sit-down forklift, and verifying materials by packing slip and tape measure to ensure accuracy.
You will also load flatbed trucks using an overhead crane, guided by an RF scanner to determine the order of items to be loaded or pulled.
Training includes 3-4 weeks of forklift certification, requiring 20 hours of seat time before independent operation.

Work Environment
This is a non-air-conditioned warehouse operating three shifts and open 24 / 7 from Monday to Friday. The split shift runs from 10am to 6 : 30pm, with training on the 1st shift from 7 : 30am to 4pm for the first 3-4 weeks.
Expect to work 50-55 hours per week, including 5-8 hours of mandatory overtime. The dress code requires pants, a plain colored T-shirt, and steel toe boots.
Employees receive two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.
