Job Description :
- We are seeking a Reporting Analyst with advanced knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing Tableau or PowerBI solutions, with a strong background in contact center reporting concepts, as well as expertise in big data, NoSQL, and SQL data query / extraction coding.
- Required 5 to 7 years of experience resource.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and / or PowerBI.
Conduct data query / extraction coding using big data, noSQL, and SQL technologies.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications :
Experience : Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards, including Genesys Cloud CX.
Skills : Proficient in Tableau and / or PowerBI design and development.
Technical Skills : Experience with big data, NoSQL, SQL data query / extraction coding.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets
