A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for Majors and Enterprise in the Northeast region.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, serving as the primary liaison for technical questionsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and ensure satisfactionCollaborate with various teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for customer needs across departmentsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success EngineerStrong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications preferredFamiliarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their associated security considerationsProven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer successB.
