Responsibilities
Office Operations : Manage day-to-day office tasks, including maintaining supplies, overseeing administrative duties, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Dispatcher : Coordinate schedules for technicians and support staff to optimize efficiency and ensure timely customer service.
Customer Service Excellence : Be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
Team Support : Collaborate with the field team to facilitate effective communication and contribute to a positive work environment.
Financial Management : Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping to support the financial health of the office.

Requirements :
3+ years of Office Management experience
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
Growth mindset, willing to learn, high ethics and wants to make A LOT of $$$
