Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Superintendent / Foreman to oversee and manage daily on-site operations for our residential renovation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of residential construction processes, a hands-on approach, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• On-Site Management : Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and laborers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor all work to ensure it meets company quality standards and client expectations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Safety Oversight : Enforce all safety regulations and protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Schedule Coordination : Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Client Interaction : Work closely with clients to ensure their vision is being realized, addressing any concerns and providing regular progress updates.
• Problem-Solving : Quickly identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, minimizing delays and maintaining project momentum.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any changes to the scope of work.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar role in residential construction, with a focus on residential new construction and remodels.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus
