We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney with at least 2 - 4 years of employment law experience . A background in class action litigation is a strong plus , though not required. The ideal candidate is someone who values mentorship, quality over quantity, and a thoughtful approach to legal work.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and class / PAGA actions
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop case strategies
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed
• Provide strategic counsel to clients by evaluating available options and formulating effective courses of action
• Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client communication
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in employment law litigation

Class action and / or PAGA experience strongly preferred

Proven track record of handling cases from inception through trial

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Interest in mentoring and contributing to firm culture

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION :

Compensation : $145,000 - $185,000
