Regional Sales Leader Field-based & remote in Houston, TX
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to drive business growth and achieve annual revenue goals by managing and motivating a team of sales professionals within the Houston area.
This role is a blend of strategic sales leadership and team management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive multifamily business growth and execute market strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sales Executives.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide corrective action as necessary.
- Collaborate on contract negotiations and executive-level meetings.
- Stay current on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build relationships with major property management companies in the region.
- Align team goals with operational objectives.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams.
- 3+ years in a B2B consultative sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the multifamily housing sector.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build relationships with C-suite executives.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales databases.

Compensation : The package includes a base salary of $110,000 - $120,000 plus unlimited earning potential from quarterly commissions.
We also offer a guarantee against your commissions during the ramp up period. TTC is $176,000 - $192,000 per year, including auto allowance and mileage reimbursement.
