IMSolutions seeks a strategic and experienced Call order Program Manager to fill an exciting opportunity supporting federal government Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Orders.

Depending on the Task Order assigned, this will be a remote, hybrid, or in-office role.

As the Call Order Pr ogam Manager , you manage individual call order(s), including programmatic oversight. You will also create an environment that inspires and champions those who exceed desired results, leading and integrating elements of complex projects to achieve desired results by setting strategically aligned goals.

These functions include.

  • Oversight, coordination, and integration of multiple business improvement and enterprise transformation projects provided by the company or agency's direction.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for a specific call order (s) and may supervise facilitators on the team.
  • Assisting the customer in determining schedules, reviewing deliverables, and participating in project reviews across the customers' call orders.
  • Setting call order 'point-of-view' approach to engagement to create and maintain a mid-level momentum for change.
  • Facilitating and leading team discussions and meetings.
  • Managing and controlling financial and administrative aspects of the call order concerning task requirements.
  • Managing multiple projects of moderate to extreme complexity.
  • Overseeing the execution of single or multiple Call Orders (COs).
  • Staffing, staff direction, and oversight under the PM.
  • Program planning, production, quality, program financials, and providing deliverables under the CO.
  • Managing the client interface at the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) level.

What we are looking for.

  • Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience or a Master's degree and six years of experience managing call orders on government contracting.
  • Direct Federal Government Contract Management experience.
  • Strong background in program management.
  • Project management in the area of events and technical writing activities.
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional team facilitation skills.
  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives within organizations.
  • U.S. Citizen or Foreign National with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for three or more years.

Base compensation range and benefits.

  • $100,000 to $125,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and / or location.
